Pursuant to Iowa Code §21.8, this meeting will be held telephonically.  Because of the limited agenda items and to ensure the most efficient use of state resources, conducting the meeting in person is impractical.  *The meeting will be accessible to City Development Board and members of the public ONLY through teleconference due to COVID-19 virus.  To participate in meeting via teleconference, dial 1-515-348-6300; when prompted, enter conference ID number 161 090 647 followed by #.  You should then be connected to the meeting.
