Consideration of December 12, 2018 business meeting minutes
- Motion by Jim Halverson
- Motion: I move the minutes of December 12, 2018 be approved as printed and distributed.

- Roll Call: All ayes. Motion approved.
Elect Board Chair and Vice Chair for 2019
After brief discussion, the following motion was made.
- Motion by Barbara Brown
- Motion: I would move for the present slate.
- Second: Jay Howe
- Roll Call: All ayes. Motion approved.
New Business
None
Staff Reports
Matt Rasmussen reported we will probably have one 100% voluntary annexation for next month’s agenda. As of now, that’s the only thing on the agenda for March.
Emily Willits had no updates.
