welcomed everyone to the February 17th IEC Board meeting.
Roll Call Betty Hessing did roll call and a quorum was established.
Consideration of November 18, 2021 IEC Board Meeting Minutes
Motion by Motion Second Voice Vote
Debi Durham I move approval of the November 18, 2021 minutes as printed and distributed. Valerie Newhouse All ayes in favor. Motion approved.

Public Comment Period – Kim Hagemann, Micah McCutchan, Denver Foote and Nick Hunter made comments regarding MidAmerican’s role in shutting down the coal plants. Iowa CCI folks were in attendance protesting.
