CALL TO ORDER
Mr. Burns called the meeting to order at 11:42 a.m. Ten voting members were present. The agenda was approved. The minutes from the April 28, 2020 meeting were approved.

CONTRACT AMENDMENTS & CONTINGENT AWARDS 
City of Guttenberg // Wave of the Future requested an amendment to extend the completion date of the project to October 31, 2020. Discussion included whether that would be enough time to fully complete the project and pay all project-related invoices. On a motion by Mr. Broshar and seconded by Mr. Carter, the Board approved the request to extend the completion deadline to December 31, 2020.
