CALL TO ORDER
Mr. Burns called the meeting to order at 9:31 a.m. Nine voting members were present. The agenda was approved. The minutes from the February 4, 2021 meeting were approved. 

Administrative Rule Amendments - 261 IAC Chapter 213 
On a motion by Mr. Carter and seconded by Ms. Hein, the board adopted administrative rule amendments to 261 IAC Chapter 213. 

CONTRACT AMENDMENTS & CONTINGENT AWARDS 
Madison County // Rebuild Cedar Covered Bridge requested that the contract be reopened, and the completion date extended to June 30, 2021. On a motion by Ms. Hein seconded by Mr. Broshar, the Board approved the request to reopen the contract and extend the completion date. 

Traer Historical Museum // Traer Historical Museum History NOW requested that the contract be reopened, and the completion date be extended to August 31, 2022. Questions were raised about why the project needs a second extension of 18 months. On a motion by Mr. Boone seconded by Ms. Wells the Board approved the request to the contract and extend the completion date. 

Mason City Chamber of Commerce Foundation // Mason City… A Community on the March Project requested a mutual termination of the contract as of May 31, 2021. On a motion by Mr. Broshar and seconded by Mr. Carter, the Board approved the request as presented.

Iowa Asian Alliance and Riverfront Development Authority // Asian Garden Enhancement requested that the contract be reopened, and the completion date extended to December 31, 2021. On a motion by Ms. Hein and seconded by Mr. Broshar, the Board approved the request to reopen the contract and extend the completion date.

Ms. O’Riley introduced the “Year of the Road Tip” marketing campaign for this summer and the addition of the online brewery passport to join the scenic byway, wine, and state park passports.
