IOWA SMALL BUSINESS RELIEF GRANT TAX EXEMPTION GUIDANCE ISSUED
The Iowa Department of Revenue has issued guidance to recipients of the Iowa Small Business Relief Grants through IEDA. The updated guidance explains the tax exemption, identifies qualifying grants and directs taxpayers on how to claim the exemption on the Iowa tax returns. ENHANCED PUBLIC HEALTH MEASURES PUT INTO PLACE
Effective Tuesday, November 17 at 12:01 a.m. through Saturday, February 6, 2021 Governor Reynolds has enacted additional public health measures, including further limits on social gatherings, mask requirements for indoor public buildings (with certain exceptions) and additional health measures at restaurants, bars and personal service establishments.
