The Iowa Downtown Conference is the premier statewide conference for downtown revitalization professionals and volunteers from Iowa and neighboring states. Professionals and volunteers will gather for the 2021 Iowa Downtown Conference to network and learn how a strong downtown can be a major stimulator for economic activity.

The Iowa Downtown Conference will include plenary sessions, breakout sessions, tours and plenty of time to network in Iowa City. Attendees will learn emerging trends and enjoy authentic experiences while making connections with others involved in commercial district revitalization. Learn how to discover, retain and enhance your community’s sense of place. Get new tools, ideas and solutions to apply in your downtown to help become a vibrant and competitive community in today’s challenging market.

Pre-registration for the Iowa Downtown Conference is closed, but we invite your participation through our on-site registration process. On-site registration begins on Tuesday, August 3 at 8:00 a.m. at the Graduate Hotel in Iowa City.
