Downtown Resource Highlight – Downtown Loan Guarantee Program

To encourage Iowa downtown businesses and financial institutions to reinvest and reopen stronger following the COVID-19 crisis, the Iowa Economic Development Authority in partnership with the Iowa Finance Authority developed the Downtown Loan Guarantee Program. 2022 Iowa Downtown Conference

Join us for the 2022 Iowa Downtown Conference August 2 -3 in Pella! Downtown revitalization professionals and volunteers from across the state will gather to network and learn how a strong downtown can be a major stimulator for economic activity. The conference will include 26 educational opportunities for attendees to hear about the latest trends; acquire practical information and ideas; and learn strategies relevant to rural, mid-sized and urban communities and urban districts. Concurrent sessions will be presented by a lineup of engaging speakers who will share practical ideas and solutions to learn how to keep your downtown vibrant in today’s market!
