Marketing and Business Plans by America’s Small Business Development Center (SBDC) Iowa

America’s SBDC Iowa provides no cost, confidential, customized and professional business advice in all of Iowa’s 99 counties to both entrepreneurs and existing small businesses. Experienced counselors provide resources and information to individuals wanting to start a business, grow an existing business or plan for a transition. Ms. Laurie Pieper from SBDC Iowa will talk about resources available to help develop marketing and business plans.

Venture School in Iowa City
Date/Time: February 4 through March 25 | Thursday evenings 5:30-9:00 p.m.
The deadline to apply is January 25.
The NIACC Pappajohn Small Business Development Center is partnering with the University of Iowa again to bring Venture School to Mason City. The eight-week program is built from a streamlined curriculum developed by the National Science Foundation I-Corps at Stanford University and the University of California, Berkeley.
Fee: $299 for up to two people
