CALL TO ORDER
Mr. Broshar called the meeting to order at 10:55. Four Committee members were present. The agenda was approved. The minutes from the December 12, 2018 meeting were approved.

Ms. Santizo gave the Program Manager’s Report dated December 31, 2018:

APPLICATIONS
City of DeWitt // Frances Banta Waggoner Community Library Expansion Project
Project representatives provided an update on fundraising, showing a fundraising gap of $40,000. On motion of Ms. McGann and seconded by Mr. Carter, the CAT Committee forwarded the City of DeWitt // Frances Banta Waggoner Community Library Expansion Project to the Enhance Iowa Board with a recommendation that a CAT grant in the amount of $350,000 be awarded. The award is contingent on completed fundraising within 90 days.
Miracle League of Dubuque & City of Dubuque // Miracle League of Dubuque Baseball Field & All-Inclusive Playground
Project representatives provided an update on fundraising indicating that the fundraising gap has been closed. On motion of Mr. Carter and seconded by Ms. McGann, the CAT Committee forwarded the Miracle League of Dubuque & City of Dubuque // Miracle League of Dubuque Baseball Field & All-Inclusive Playground Project to the Enhance Iowa Board with a recommendation that a CAT grant in the amount of $500,000 be awarded.

The next CAT Committee meeting is tentatively set for February 13, 2019 at the Iowa Hospital Association.
