CALL TO ORDER
Mr. Broshar called the meeting to order at 10:04. Nine voting members were present. The agenda was approved. The minutes from the April 10, 2019 meeting were approved.
The Board recessed at 10:06 am.
The Board reconvened at 12:01 am.
REPORTS
Tourism Report
No Report
Legal Report
Ms. Hanks-Bents reported that the Enhance Iowa bill passed both legislative chambers and is waiting for the Governor to sign it.
COMMITTEE RECOMMENDATIONS
Due Diligence Committee Reports
A meeting has been scheduled for Mr. Broshar, Mr. Boone, and staff to meet in Le Mars later in the month. A recommendation is expected next month.

CAT Review Committee Recommendations
No recommendations.
CAT Rule Amendment Adoption
On a motion by Mr. Burns and seconded by Ms. Hein with no objections, the Enhance Iowa Board moved to adopt the CAT administrative rule amendments.

OTHER BUSINESS
No other business.
CLOSING BUSINESS
The next Enhance Iowa meeting is tentatively set for June 12th, 2019 at the Greater Des Moines Botanical Garden.

On motion by Mr. Boone and seconded by Ms. Hein with no objections, the meeting adjourned at 12:10 pm.
