This 295-acre Certified Site is located between the Canadian National (CN) and Union Pacific (UP) rail lines. The CN and UP approved the 30 percent Preliminary Rail Design for a manifest yard, four drop-and-pull tracks and additional sidings. Electric service (dual served) borders north and south boundaries with a high capacity gas transmission line also present.
