America's Seed Fund: Iowa Program enhances innovation by helping Iowa companies apply for federal small business funding. This program reviews business ideas, reviews America's Seed Fund grant proposal applications, offers professional proposal assistance and provides commitments to matching funds for Phase I and Phase II awards.

This is also known as the Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) and Small Business Technology Transfer (STTR) Outreach Program.
